A a\u00e7\u00e3o visa coibir casos de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais sem proced\u00eancia ou alvo de furto, assim como checar den\u00fancias e identificar poss\u00edveis ocorr\u00eancias nos \u00e2mbitos criminal e administrativo.<\/p>\n<p>A \u201cOpera\u00e7\u00e3o Ferro-velho\u201d \u00e9 realizada pelas equipes do Setor de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Posturas da Secretaria Planejamento e Desenvolvimento Urbano (Seplan), Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a Urbana (Sesu), Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM), Setor de Zoonoses da Secretaria da Sa\u00fade (SES) e Pol\u00edcia Militar (PM).<\/p>\n<p>Os dois pontos vistoriados foram interditados por falta do Auto de Vistoria do Corpo de Bombeiros (AVCB) e notificados a realizar limpeza do local em at\u00e9 72 horas, ap\u00f3s a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Um dos estabelecimentos tamb\u00e9m foi multado, conforme a Lei 12.680\/22, por receber materiais em recipientes n\u00e3o transparentes e por falta de sistema de videomonitoramento, al\u00e9m de ser notificado pela falta de livro de registro de mercadorias. Neste mesmo ferro-velho, o propriet\u00e1rio foi notificado pela Secretaria do Meio Ambiente, Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Bem-Estar Animal (Sema) e orientado a manter um c\u00e3o, encontrado no estabelecimento, em local adequado, com \u00e1gua, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e abrigo.<\/p>\n<p>Somente em 2023, 183 ferros-velhos foram fiscalizados durante opera\u00e7\u00f5es semelhantes, em todas as regi\u00f5es da cidade. Desses, 79 foram notificados, 51 multados, tr\u00eas interditados temporariamente e um de maneira definitiva.
